  Great condo 231! Does need more hooks or towel racks for towels (only 2) and wash clothes (had none). No place to let them hand out to dry. Very clean, renovated bathroom, pool is completely renovated and all new patio furniture. Grounds very clean! Super close to the beach!

  It really was a great place to stay. Very clean. Walking distance to the beach. There is a place to get pizza within walking distance, but we did not go there. Erath kept meaning to try it, but didn’t stay long enough. Five minutes from town. Gas station within walking distance. Pool area kept very clean. Laundry area was pretty clean and easy to use (coins or credit card). The only bad thing I could say would be the master bed was uncomfortable. Overall our stay was great though! We enjoyed it and would stay again :-)

  Very happy with location. Quiet at night. Condo was clean, right size for 2, bed was comfortable. This condo was booked based on the furniture in living room...we are elderly and need to be able to get up and down from sitting and be able to put our legs up. None of the furniture in booking pictures was in the condo.

  This was our first stay at the Courtyard Condominiums. Our room was very good; clean and stylish. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal, king bed and murphy bed were both very comfortable. The a/c was in good working condition as well. Property was well kept and the pool clean. The only improvements I would suggest is black out curtains in the bedroom (sun is very bright early in the morning) and possibly an area to rinse the sand off. We will definitely be back.
