The first floor has manufactured hard-wood floors and is a relaxing setting for the living/kitchen/dining areas and powder room. The second floor has a large deck and tower, & access and all three bedrooms, which all boast their own ensuite bathrooms. The primary bath features a teak wood bench and handrails. The laundry closet is also conveniently located on the 2nd floor.

Meridian HOA allows parking for 1 vehicle and 1 small vehicle or golf cart in the garage only at this rental. Vans and large trucks will not fit. Boats and trailers are not allowed. Towing is strictly enforced by the HOA.

  We really enjoyed our time at Island Remedy! It was perfect for 5 girls and 3 moms! Great location with close beach access and cart rental within walking distance. The ONLY drawback is lack of parking as there is only room for 1 car and a golf cart, so it's a good thing we carpooled down. Otherwise it was perfect for our stay!
