Hakuna Matata has 3 separate living areas!
The main pod, located upstairs, includes an updated primary bedroom, with a primary bath. There is also a spacious living area with a well equipped kitchen. The main pod includes a laundry room with full size washer and dryer, as well. A second pod is a few steps across a breezeway from the main living area with two bedrooms/two full baths. One of the bedrooms has a king size bed and the other has two bunkbeds that are twin over full. There is also a kitchenette, including a full size refrigerator, stovetop, and dining counter. The relaxing upstairs breezeway has an interior facing deck and exterior facing balcony. On the ground level of this home you will find two additional pods. The third pod, is set up at as large private efficiency. There is a King size bed, a Queen size sleeper sofa and a full bath. It also has dining for four and an additional kitchenette. A fourth living area is next to the private pool. The living area serves as a fifth bedroom or flex/game room, with a kitchenette, an additional bathroom, and a door leading out to the pool with two large palapas for added shade. The private pool is located in the backyard and is the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach with an outdoor shower and fenced in pool area. Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100/day. Please mention when making reservation. Relax in the downstairs breezeway or under one of two palapas next to the pool. Home has new six foot vinyl fence for added privacy. Plan a multi-family or generational getaway with quick access to town and a short cart drive to the beach.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- PARKING: Guests have access to the house’s car garage, in addition to a large driveway for plenty of parking.
- HEATED POOL: Pool can be heated for an additional charge of $100/day. Please mention when making reservation!

  This was my first time planning a trip for my family to Port A and Port A Vacation Rentals should be your first choice in Port Aransas. The place was absolutely beautiful. Spacious. Exactly like the pictures and the descriptions. Everything we needed, besides the beach and fishing, was at our fingertips. We did have an issue with the pool heater. I paid $100 extra to have the pool heated but the heater was having issues the entire time. They came to fix it the last day we were there, said it would take a few hours to work, but it sadly never did. When we woke up in the morning to check out on Sunday, however, the pool was nice and heated. Sadly we were unable to enjoy it. Only negative on our trip.

  The house was beautiful. Great layout for older family. Each room is separated so the young adults could be away from the older folks if they are staying up later. House was clean and well stocked. Corn hole and pool were a great addition. The main floor bedroom had a pull out couch, there was plenty of space for our party of 11, and still had a couple empty beds. The elevator did not work the entire time we were there, the maintenance office had to order a part. If you are relying on it be sure to ask if it is working before you go.

  Property was fantastic. 6 adults, 3 kids, and a baby. We all had our own space with fridge, sink, and sitting area with tv. The shared kitchen was huge and living space was accommodating. The pool was perfect. We had 2 dogs with us and they had a small fenced area outside.
  
  Only issues we had is the wi-fi was very weak and didn't reach all he living areas especially on ground floor. Could not use TV or sometimes not even our phones unless it was on data plan. Definitely need to bump up plan or get extenders. Also, we needed our our bug spray. We treated the pool area for fire ants and had Palmetto bugs. Once we sprayed, we didn't have a problem. Recommend a pest control do a sweep.
