This beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath home is located right on the beach in Port Aransas. Brand new private, temperature controlled pool. Pool can be heated or chilled for $100 per day, for the length of your stay. Please request when making reservations. Takes at least 48 hours to temperature control. This 2 story home has all of the living area on the 2nd floor which allows for amazing views from most of the rooms in the house. The primary has a King size bed, ensuite bathroom with garden tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a King. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 4th bedroom, 2 twin over full bunk beds. The house will sleep a total of 12 people. The open living room and the kitchen are the perfect place to visit in the evening. Gulfwater's has a nice community pool and a boardwalk to the beach. If you choose to rent a golf cart it must be rented from Port A Beach Buggies at 361-749-2066. Port A Beach Buggies offers special rates for our guests staying at Gulf Waters RV Resort. Reserve a cart online through Port A Beach Buggies. Gulf Waters charges $3.00 a day per golf cart for a golf cart pass. A maximum of 4 vehicles is allowed at this home. Gulf Waters requires proof of vaccination for all pets. This must be been presented to the onsite Gulf Waters office at the time of check in. Failure to provide proof of vaccination can result in eviction per Gulf Waters HOA.

- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. 3 pets maximum are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
