PER HOA: No boats, trailers or street parking at the home. Parking is allowed for 5 vehicles. If you choose to rent a golf cart it must be rented from Port A Beach Buggies at 361-749-2066. - This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. 3 pets maximum is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
