Nice, comfy new furniture in the spacious living area which is open to the kitchen and dining area. The main bedroom has a king size bed. There is also a queen size and twin sleeper sofa in the living room area. Mustang Island Beach Club is located just 3 miles outside of the town of Port A right next to Port Royal. Nice lagoon pool and beach access is a bit less than a 1/2 mile walk. Parking for 2 maximum. No golf carts allowed. Boats and trailers are NOT allowed.
