Sandpiper WS131 offers lots of extras in this LARGE 2.5 bedroom townhome with sleeping room for up to 7 people. Walking distance to the city marina, Trout Street Bar and Grill, The Sip Yard, Tortuga's, Castaway's, Desserted Island Ice Cream, Roosevelts, and Fisherman's Wharf. Short golf cart ride to the beach. Upstairs is a charming primary bedroom that has an updated bath and King bed! Downstairs offers an open floor plan. You will find a queen bedroom with ensuite bath. The second downstairs sleeping area has a queen with a full bath steps away. There are 2 sleeper sofas in the living room. One is a full size and one is a twin for a little one. The kitchen which is equipped with modern appliances and electronics. There is a stack-able washer and dryer in the unit. Step out onto the back porch into the inviting waters of the pool shared only with 3 other units! Parking for 2 vehicles only.

- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 small pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

    The rental is in a good location and fairly quick beach access. The place has plenty of room and was a great place for a family of 4. The only complaint is that the floors on the first floor were structurally compromised. Particularly the entry, parts of living room and kitchen. The entry was really bad so much that we tried to avoid spots for fear of it breaking. There was also strong mold and mildew odor. We suspect the floor supports were rotten hence the smell and structural issues. We didn’t make any complaint or demands as this would likely cause more issues that we didn’t want to deal with on vacation. We called and asked how to turn on in house speakers since there were no instructions and the management wanted to schedule a time period for someone to come out the next day. We canceled that as we didn’t want to waste the time.

    We absolutely loved the property. It was very clean, and updated. The appliances were very nice. The decorating was beautiful. We felt very much at home. The location was great!!! We could walk to the park around the marina easily. We felt very safe. We loved going to all the different resturants. Trout street, Virginias , gaff, pizzeria, Fins, Tortoguas, Roosevelt, Juan’s ! So many!!!!! We would defiantly recommend this property!!!!
