Sea la Vie is an amazing 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home that has everything you need whether you’re looking for an adult getaway or a family friendly vacation. Conveniently located between Corpus Christi and Port Aransas, you can have the variety/convenience of the city, the adventures and local shops and restaurants of Port Aransas, or enjoy the seclusion of Lost Colony.
Lost Colony is a beachfront neighborhood that offers a pedestrian boardwalk to the beach and community swimming pool.
The 1st floor includes a bunk bed with pull-out trundle and a couch that pulls out into a full-size bed. You’ll also find a flat screen tv, full bath with washer and dryer, and coffee bar. The back opens up to a large patio with an outdoor shower.
The exterior stairs take you to the second level main floor with large deck and ample seating where you can hear the waves and relax. Inside you will find a great room with a large tv, games, and seating for card games or dinner with family and friends. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances you need to prepare you own homecooked meal. This floor also has a common bathroom and guest room with queen bed. The master bedroom has its own full bathroom with shower and private deck where you can watch the sunrise while sipping on your coffee. Sea la Vie also provides you with a highchair, Pack ‘N Play, and toys for the kids!
Sea la Vie has a variety of items to make your stay more enjoyable. For those who like to go kayaking and fishing you have access to a kayak, fishing poles, and tackle box. If you want to relax on the beach you will find beach chairs, a wagon, inflatable toys, beach toys, and more!

*Please note - This home's driveway can accommodate parking for up to 4 cars. Note that large trucks or SUVs may reduce the number of vehicles able to park. *Absolutely NO STREET PARKING is allowed.* This home does not have any garage parking.
*Please note that the downstairs room is not connected to the rest of the house via an interior staircase. Guests would need to use the outside stairs to access this part of the home.
CHECK-IN PROCESS:
We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.
WHAT IS PROVIDED:
• Kitchens are well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, (2 rolls per bathroom), 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets (if the property has a dishwasher) and 1 bottle of dish soap will be provided. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
SUGGESTED ITEMS TO BRING:
Beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, coffee and coffee filters, spices/seasoning, extra dish soap, extra trash bags, sun tan lotion/sun block and beach gear.

  This home was a great fit for what our family needed for our beach getaway. It has a good number of beds upstairs and downstairs. The beach items provided at the house in the garage were very helpful! The beach is just a short walk from the house which was very convenient. There is not access to the beach with your car if that is something you are hoping to do from this location. We do love to cook and did find the house lacking in a pans and bakeware but we were able to make do. I would also suggest bringing extra blankets as we couldn't find any extra blankets for the beds for the people who get cold easily in our family. I would also make sure to bring extra paper towels and garbage bags as is suggested.
