The second floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom is on the marina side with a king size bed. The guest bedroom is at the end of the hall also with an ensuite bath. There is also a bonus area furnished with a desk & chair for a quiet place to work or game. The third floor features a great room with the living/kitchen/dining areas. There is a fully stocked kitchen to cook your catch, seating for your entire party in the dining area, and comfortable furniture in the living room with a large flat screen TV to enjoy late-night movies. The balcony view at sunset from the third floor is breathtaking! Elevator access for your convenience. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Casa de Playa del Rey offers a prime location near the municipal airport and just a short golf cart ride to the beach or into town. Boat slips are available for rent through the Island Moorings Marina.
• Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• All our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, make-up remover wipes and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you wish to sleep with more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun tan
lotion/sun block and beach gear.
SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
CHECK-IN PROCESS:
We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. Port A Escapes will contact you on the day of your arrival, typically in the afternoon once your property is ready, to provide an access code to the property. Please keep in mind that we cannot provide the access code until the property is clean and ready.
