Vacation bliss awaits at 5 O'Clock Chateau, in the recently developed downtown Mercer Village complex. Top-quality furnishings summon vacation mode. Stainless steel appliances shine alongside granite countertops in the kitchen. Seating at the island bar for 2. The table in the dining area seats 6. All-new furnishings in the living area include a plush sofa and a sleeper sofa. Kick back on Adirondack chairs under the covered porch. The adjacent pavilion offers a shaded retreat and a shared charcoal grill area is ideal for cookouts. Grilling is not allowed on the patios. PER HOA: POOL IS CLOSED EVERY TUESDAY FOR CLEANING. The maximum occupancy for this condo is 10 persons.
Parking notes: Assigned parking for 2 vehicles, each is labeled 2D. A golf cart is available to rent for an additional fee of $120 + tax per day, for the duration of your stay. (If you’d like to rent the golf cart, please call in advance to reserve.)

    This townhouse/condo was very clean and all the beds were super comfortable. We couldn't find extra trashbags but we always come prepared so it wasn't a big deal for us. Loved this place and would highly recommend it.
