Introducing Casa San Miguel SPV21! This property has been recently completely renovated inside and out including new stucco exterior, tiled roof, new air conditioning, a carport, new sheetrock and fresh paint, and new furnishings. Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features tile flooring throughout as well as a modern kitchen There is a dining table and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop range, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 4, with a king bed and a fold out sofa bed. Updated furnishings including 2 flat screen televisions, all decorated in tasteful decor. *Please note that sofa beds are more suitable for children rather than adults. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. This is a pet friendly rental. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. STR#:524869

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $25.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

    We loved this little house. The yard was perfect for out little dog. The driveway is great since there isn't much room for parking. There was lots of privacy eventhough the houses are close together. We've stayed in a few houses in Spanish Village and I think this is our favorite. The central a/c is wonderful! The kitchen could use updated dishes, coffee mugs, and pots and pans. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay.

    This is the 1st time we have rented @ Spanish Village. Was a great stay. Place was clean and near the beach access. The only downside was, it being a pet friendly rental we had our dogs. I always pick up after my pups. However the backyard was full of dog poop from previous renters. Some you could tell had been there a while. Whoever is supposed to pickup the poop from the back (if the dog ownets don't) isn't doing it. I picked up 3 small poop bags of other people's dog poop. Not a huge deal, but not the 1st thing I wanted to do after arrival.

    This is an adorable little cottage. All newly painted and well maintained. The paintings are a perfect added touch. There are plenty of linens and soap and shampoo samples to get you started. We found the air conditioning more than adequate. The shower is tiny so you don't have to worry about falling down! Next time I come i’m bringing an outdoor camping shower. The kitchen even has a blender! We will definitely stay again.

    This is the second property we have stayed at here. This is perfect location and close to shops and restaurants. Perfect for a couple and a pet. The AC worked great and my only complaint would be more storage like a rack in the shower and more towel holders. The kitchen had everything you needed, no oven but microwave had oven capabilities.

    We've stayed at a lot of rentals at Port A over the years. This one was a good price in a good location and we felt lucky to get a reservation only a week in advance, especially at this time of year (last week of June). Property manager gave great customer service; excellent communications before, during, and after, and especially after hours when we had trouble with the door code on check-in. Very clean unit. Comfortable king bed. No washer/dryer or dishwasher but that's noted in the description. Great little back yard for dogs; good, secure fence.

    Good location on Alister St. and short drive to the beach. Believe it or not there's a very good Italian restaurant just around the corner: Venetian Hot Plate, owned by a couple from...Venice (not the California version). Do make reservations--before you leave for Port A.

    Would stay here again. Pretty tight quarters, but like I said, the price is right.

    This mini home was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The small backyard was perfect for our two dogs. It is centrally located with an easy walk to the beach. Many restaurants as well as a grocery store within 4 blocks. Customer service was spot on when we needed help with the TVs (cable as well as a smart tv).
