Bay Tree Condos A3 - a Port Aransas treasure! Adorable studio condo that has been beautifully remodeled and decorated. Laminate wood floors, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the Bay Tree courtyard! The common areas alone are excellent... large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips for rent. This unit is located on the second floor, with no elevator access. No Smoking, No Pets.

Bay Tree requires parking passes on each vehicle and wrist bands for every guest enjoying the common areas. These will be issued upon check-in.
• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
• Property is supplied with 1 set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap will be provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods (toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels), extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.
Oversized Vehicle Advisory:
Carports at Bay Tree A3 offers 1 average sized vehicle capacity space. For your convenience, PLEASE use the OVERFLOW
PARKING which surrounds the Bay Tree Office for oversized vehicles.
