Introducing Bay Tree Condos A13/14 Tastefully decorated Bay Tree Condo in Port Aransas . Located in Old town with 2 courtyard overlooking balconies. The 2nd floor balcony offers a front row view to city fireworks! Featuring tile floors, stainless appliances, a comfy sofa and 4 flat screen TVs. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life.

This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access.
No smoking & No pets.
Parking- 2 designated carport space. Bay Tree requires parking passes and wrist bands- issued at the time of check-in.

This rental is NOT for parties/large groups. Many units are full time owners who enjoy the serenity a boutique condominium provides. Quiet hours enforced by security.
• Kitchen is well equipped with all your cooking needs. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, microwave and large appliances. Note: for safety reasons spices or seasoning are not provided.
• Property is supplied with 1 set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the unit sleeps. Beach towels NOT provided.
• A start up supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and dish soap are provided. We also supply a starter set of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, lotion, and bath soap. After that, the guest is responsible for any additional needs.
• Suggested items to bring are beach towels, extra paper goods: toilet paper, facial tissue and paper towels, extra pillows if you need more than one, spices/seasoning, extra trash bags, sun block and beach gear.

    This is the 3rd year our family has stayed at this location. We have boys that love to fish at the private pier. The rooms have everything you need to fill at home. My daughter Inlaw appreciates the washer/dryer to stay up with the kids laundry.

    My wife and I were hoping for the best when looking for a condo stay near the water so our sons (avid fishermen) could bring their boats. Bay Tree did not disappoint. The condo was very clean kitchen to bathroom with many amenities. Parking was plentiful and boat slips nearby. Nikki was a tremendous help getting us settled in. We plan to do it again next year.
