Introducing Bay Tree Condos D6 - a Port Aransas treasure! Spacious studio condo, sleeps 4. This condo is located on the third floor with no elevator access. Queen size bed with a queen size sleeper sofa. Tile floors throughout, comfy furnishings, spacious balcony with a view of the intercoastal waterway! The common areas are excellent with a large swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, covered parking, boat parking, and boat slips w/electricity and water for rent. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle in assigned carport. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the communal facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

    We enjoyed the view from this rental. We actually rented 2 different condos in the Bay Tree neighborhood. This one has better views, but the layout and shower were better in C6. C6 had some inoperable equipment (dishwasher, washer). C6 had a washing machine, but no dryer. D6 does not have either. The one drawback was the lack of basic supplies--ice (and no way to make any ice) and a coffee maker was supplied, but no coffee filters. Even a hotel will provide coffee filters. We are AirBnB Superhosts and expected to have a few more supplies than we found, in both condos.

    Best fishing trip ever, described as an efficiency appt, it was so much more beautiful bathroom , bed was so comfortable, the kitchen was modern the appliances new and clean , they supplied everything even a spice rack.
    Will definitely return.
    Great balcony , super view awesome dock .

    The space I rented was great. It was well-maintained, very clean, and just the right size. I really appreciated the amount of storage space in the dressers. The fridge was pristine. The bathroom and kitchen were both lovely. The best thing about Port A Escapes, though, is the VIEW! I could sit on the balcony all day and watch the dolphins hunt in the little channel! The fish cleaning station and pier were very convenient and we made good use of them during our stay. The check-in/check-out process was super easy and convenient. Port A Escapes is located in a great spot that feels safe compared to the surrounding area, and is very close to a number of great fishing spots.
