The 1,800+ sq ft home has ample living space, 4 bdrms, 3.5 baths, private parking, a massive deck for dining or relaxing, and a private plunge pool. SLEEPS 10, with 1 KING bed bedroom and 1 QUEEN bed bedroom, both with ensuite bathrooms; 1 QUEEN bed bedroom and 1 BUNK BED bedroom (2 built-in twin bunk beds = 4 total beds) with Jack & Jill bathroom; powder room. FULL KITCHEN has large island with additional eating space. New, modern and upscale appliances with lots of room for the whole group. LIVING AREA and DINING AREA have room for everyone to enjoy their time together. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- 2 night minimum stay is required
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

  We spend 2 weeks in Port A several times a year and this will rank as one of our favorite properties- it is new, with spacious bedrooms and baths, very close to beach access, and a large top deck to view both sunrise and sunsets. There were a few minor issues upon check in that were successfully resolved by the mgmt company the next day- thank you to Tyler who persevered!
  Kitchenware was basic, but adequate. A few things that would be nice to have (which we have enjoyed at other properties) would be a plastic drink pitcher, snack size bowls, citrus squeezer/press.
