As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The two primary bedrooms boast king-sized beds, while the third bedroom is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed & twin trundle. Additionally, there's a comfortable sleeper sofa in a flex room that could serve as a 4th bedroom.
The open living room and kitchen create a welcoming space for socializing. Spacious carport that will accommodate up to four midsize cars and a convenient fenced outdoor space complete with a synthetic lawn. Great space for lounging or playing outdoor games. Conveniently located right across from the community pool & just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, golf cart rental, and shops.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- A two-night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. Two pets weighing a maximum of 30lbs are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

    Great location, perfect for access to the beach and shops. Very clean, comfortable. There is one wall in the 3rd floor bathroom that was not painted. tape and bed. Would not recommend for anyone who cannot climb 31 stairs multiple times a day, we were not allowed access to the elevators. Deal killer for our family. Otherwise a great property.

    This was our first time staying in Port A. The place was very clean and new - so new that it was pretty off gassy when we got there and we had to air it out for a good hour before my Mom could come in as she gets migraines. Everything was super clean except a very dirty matress cover on the fold out couch - even had what looked like dried blood on it. We were there for thanksgiving and the kitchen was great to cook in - new and good appliances. One of us was driving from Oklahoma and brought pans, thankfully, because all the place had was toxic teflon cookware. The pool was great for the kids especially since we visited in the cooler season and the beach wasn't always the place to be. Beds were comfy and there was space for everyone. Lots of good games and loved the mini-cocktail station! Good wifi. The elevator was AWESOME for my elderly mom with bad knees. The location was super convenient and a walk to the beach and town - loved that. Very noisy street with lots of traffic, though - made it unpleasant to have the doors and windows open sometimes. AND we had to because the smoke detector in the upstairs was VERY sensitive and went off several times each time we cooked anything - it really didn't like bacon :).
