The Artist's Beach is oh so close to the community swimming pool and beach! The 2nd floor, has an open living room, kitchen, guest bedroom with a queen bed and a full bath. The 3rd floor has the primary bedroom with a king bed and a guest room with two twin over twin bunk beds. There is a spacious balcony off the living area with outdoor seating and stellar beach views! This unit sleeps 8 people and has parking for two medium sized vehicles. Larger vehicles can park in the overflow parking by the gate. No garage access.
Parking Rules for Lost Colony
- No parking allowed in the street or blocking the common drive. *Each unit has 2 vehicles maximum - including guest parking.
- No parking a bus, boat, boat trailer, trailer, motorcycle, camper, RV, house trailer, or vehicle over 1 ton anywhere except an approved overflow parking area.
- No disabled vehicles on property outside of a personal garage.
- There is no parking allowed in the grass/landscaping.
- No Using another owner's driveway to park.
*There is overflow parking. Located to the right as you drive in the gate.

    Great view of the beach! Felt like we were right on the water. The house was great, clean and perfect for our group. The community pool was right next to the house. You could lay in bed and look at moon light on the water, storms roll in and sunrises in the morning. We really enjoyed it. Highly recommend!
