Bay Tree C2 is a spacious studio condo located on the 3rd floor with no elevator access. This condo has the best views in Old Town! Comfortably sleeps 4 with queen size bed and full size sofa sleeper. Enjoy unobstructed coastal sunsets, views of the city marina, and the intercoastal ship channel. Bay Tree offers a community swimming pool, private lighted fishing pier, BBQ areas, boat parking and boat slips for rent. This condo is located on the second floor with no elevator access. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 average sized vehicle space, 1 parking pass and 4 wristbands will be provided. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in.

    Great location. Was very clean. Loved the fishing pier. Was a workout going up and down the stairs. Enjoyed our stay. Only complaint would be to get a new air conditioner, every tme the condensor would kick on it was extremely loud. Made it hard to sleep while on.

    Excellent location, good view from nice deck.
    AC is a window unit so a little noisy both inside and out. Good parking area(s)and no traffic noise.
