This 2 bedroom condo offers a queen size bed in the primary bedroom with a private bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and also a private bath. The spacious full kitchen has everything you would need to cook your catch of the day.

- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 1 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- SELF CATERING: All of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm Payments.
- Cable and WIFI service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.

- Clean towels & linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
