The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to cook your catch of the day. This home is within walking distance to all the offshore fishing charter boats.   POSITIVE: It was the perfect size, location and configuration for our group. Loved having the upstairs apartment.
  NEGATIVE: There was an intermittent odor around the lower back porch. It was similar to sewer odors, but would appear and disappear at random times. The BBQ pit furnished was useless. It was falling apart. The furniture was old and worn but clean.
  
  Overall I did like the place and would stay there again (but bring my own grill).

  My husband and I booked this property for 3 nights with my daughter and her family of 5. We thought we might be a little cramped, but it turned out that the property was plenty spacious for all of us.
  
  Things we were disappointed in:
  *The kitchen did not have a dishwasher, so we had to do all of our dishes by hand with only a small drain board.
  *The refrigerator was apparently only turned on shortly before we arrived, and at first, it appeared that it was not working. We had to go buy ice to store our perishables in ice chests for the first night.
  
  The things we did like:
  *There were plenty of beds for everyone.
  *There was a washer and dryer in the unit so we were able to wash our bathing suits after being at the beach.
  *The kitchen was plenty large for both my daughter and me to cook in for our large party.
  *The master bedroom upstairs was huge (although you have to go outside to access it).
  *The kitchen seemed to have most equipment and dinner ware that we could need for cooking and eating our meals. (We brought some items just in case, but found we didn't really need most of them).
  *We had wifi internet that was reasonably fast.
  
  All in all, we had a great time and would be happy to stay at the Harbor House again.

  This house was perfect for the amount of people we had staying with us. Cute and cozy home. Very clean. Loved the deck on top. Loved that there was a side gate we could pull our suburban into so we didn't have to unload it every time we got back from the beach. We could leave all the chairs and ice chests on. The only complaint is that they back yard was very cluttered and dirty. There was a big boat, a broken surfboard, trash, and pipes laying around. Other than that, it was awesome.

  Very clean, close to things to do instead of just neighbors, across the street from a cart rental, very good house for little ones to run around in. Maintenance very quickly fixed an a/c problem that we had. Older home that has been used but very nice.

  This property isn't much to look at from the outside but once you step inside you feel right at home. The property was very clean and had plenty of room for our family of 8. The washer/dryer was a great plus as well as the separate room upstairs with a bathroom and balcony. We will definitely stay here again! :)

  This house is very cute, clean, and spacious. The porch and yard were very nice to have during our stay. The location was very convenient to shopping, eating, and other activities while also affording privacy.

  My friends and I really enjoyed staying here; the upstairs patio is awesome at night, the large dining area and lunch area provided great spaces to just hang out and talk, and there were plenty of beds for everyone. My only complaint would be that at the end of your stay you have to wash your own dishes. We had a group of 9 people, so we used a lot of dishes, and figured that was included in the cleaning fee.
  
  Other than that the house was great, and so was the staff, thank you!

  7 of us came down for a fishing trip in September and this house certainly did the job. Plenty of room for everyone and we liked the fact that you could walk to the docks and a lot of bars/restaurants. Not convenient if you were looking to spend a lot of time walking back and forth to the beach, but for fishing and hanging out in town, this is the place.

  We went down for Sandfest 2012. The house was in good condition, though upon arrival they didn't have the AC turned on. So when we walked in it was muggy inside the home. It did take it a while before it cooled off inside. The TV inside the home was small. You aren't really staying there to watch TV but we did plan to play our Xbox Kinect on it as a family and wasn't able to do so. I did find a nice touch that they provided a game for the kids and some dominoes. The property itself was nice. The location was good. Subway next door and the sand buggy rental across the street. It wasn't far from the beach and it was a quiet location. I would come back again.

  This is a great location if you have folks who enjoy the restaurant and bar scene and you don't want to worry about driving and parking since everything is within walking distance. The Subway next door gets kind of busy, but there is a privacy fence and this helps a lot

  House is walking distance from the harbor, restaurants and bars. The house was comfortable for a group of 7 guys, however we had to bring an inflatable mattress so each of us can give our own bed.
  
  The only thing that was not that great was that we came across several insects on the house and the house can use some maintenance (e.g. paint ceiling of bathroom along a few other places).
  
  Overall we were pretty happy with our stay at this house.
