Introducing Ocean View SIV26! This 2nd floor beachfront efficiency condo is in the heart of Port Aransas. It has recently been remodeled with a coastal theme throughout. The spacious bedroom offers 2 full size beds and a full bathroom. The oversized patio off the living area has a wonderful view of the beach. Sea Isle Village is a fabulous community complete with an over-sized pool, sports court and playground area for the kids. There is centrally located beach access. There is parking allowed for ONE vehicle at this unit. If you are to rent a golf cart, you must go to the onsite Sea Isle Village office and get a parking pass from them. Parking passes are required.   Very nice rental the beach is very close to the unit.The rental was very clean throughout. The beds although have a very firm mattresses. The kitchen is also great it has a full size stove and fridge. The patio is perfect for relaxation and watching the ships.

  This place was clean and had a beautiful view. It smelled good upon arrival. I didn’t end up sleeping in this unit because I knew my back would hurt on the hard beds, so if you stay in this unit, be prepared for very hard beds- bring a mattress topper or blow up mattress, although it’s a small unit so may not have room for the blow up.

  We had a great experience. The condo is in a great location with a large balcony and beach view decorated very nice to give you the beach atmosphere. All the restaurants are close. The only thing that would give it a better experience is to put 4 inch mattress toppers to make it more comfortable to sleep. The mattresses are very firm. The vent in the bathroom needs to be cleaned but other than that we had a great stay.

  We had a pleasant stay overall and would gladly return under the right circumstances. The condo’s biggest selling point is its prime location—just a quick stroll to the beach, perfect for sunrise walks and sunset lounging. Inside, we found everything clean and tidy. The one drawback was the bathtub: it’s slightly stained from Gulf tar. Showering was fine, but a nonslip tub mat would help keep things looking—and feeling—more inviting.
  
  The kitchen was a standout. It came fully stocked with cookware, utensils, and a dependable dishwasher, so cooking our own meals was effortless. For two guests, the space is ideal. For three to four, sleeping arrangements are tight—only two full-size beds and no sleeper sofa. As a family of three we’d choose a larger unit next time, but if I’m traveling with just one friend, I’d happily book this place again.
  
  In short: fantastic location, spotless living areas, a thoughtfully equipped kitchen, and a few small tweaks—like a tub mat and extra bedding options—would make it perfect.

  I was really impressed with this unit. Have stayed in a number of larger units in Sea Isle, but grabbed this for a quick girls trip. I was dubious that 2 moms and 2 teens would be comfortable in the full beds but we forgot an air mattress -- it worked great! Beds are rather firm, but that is literally my only complaint. The view couldn't be better, the interior is charming and very clean. Lots of great storage/drying space in the large closet/bathroom area. Wonderful value and experience! Bonus: Port A Escapes was VERY responsive when we called because the unit didn't have salt and pepper -- they ran items right over!

  This is the first time my family and I have rented out something like this. We loved staying here. Let me get the only con out of the way and say that the beds are not comfortable, but other than that we definitely will return. It is a short walk to the beach, quick access to convenient stores, and has everything you need for the littles; pool, basketball court, playground. I am not sure if there was laundry on site.... Couldn't find it although they provided laundry pods. The view from the balcony is nice. Have a rinse station for when you get back to the property from the beach. They remote was working for the volume and then it stopped and we couldn't figure it out, but that wasn't a huge bother. Definitely would recommend to others.

  We have stayed in Ocean View several times and we have never been disappointed. We were safe during the first tropical storm of the season. One thing the owner might check is the door to the balony. Rain came thru the storm/screen door, at the bottom and top. But no rain got into the room. Sea Isle Village is a wonderful place to stay year round.

  My sister and I had a wonderful experience at this condo. It was exceptionally clean and surprisingly spacious. The location was ideal, with the front door facing the inviting pool and the back patio offering stunning beach views.
  The kitchen was well-equipped, featuring brand-new pots and pans, an abundance of plates and cups, and even two coffee pots. We appreciated having a dishwasher and all the necessary kitchen utensils. For two people, the space was very comfortable, allowing us to unwind and relax.
  The beds were remarkably cozy, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One of our favorite features was the desk that overlooked the beach. Sitting there, coloring and gazing at the ocean, was truly therapeutic.
  The only minor issue was the shower curtain liner in the bathroom, which needed replacement due to its dirtiness. Despite this, we thoroughly enjoyed the ocean views and left feeling refreshed. We would happily return to stay in this same condo for another relaxing getaway.

  I love Sea Isle Village. We stayed downstairs last year but I wanted a room with a view this year. I love how it is decorated, you definitely feel you are on the coast. It was a lovely stay even with Tropical Storm Harold blowing in.
  The pool was quickly cleaned the next day.
  There aren’t any basic condiments or coffee on site. I bought some sugar and left it there for future visitors. Bring what you think you will need.

  The 2nd story condo I stayed in was exactly as described except better. It was decorated very tastefully, appliances clean & working, plenty of cookware, utensils & dishes. (even wine glasses & corkscrew) The towels and linens were soft, clean and smelled fresh. Even the extra blankets were nice Velux. There was NO sand inside or on the back balcony, which had an awesome view of the Gulf. The property was quiet and peaceful. The pool was unusable for both days I was there, due to the water being green, so had to be serviced, but no big deal. I was there for the beach, which this property is very close to. However, beware of the mosquitoes on the LONG walk through the dunes to the beach from the condos. We rented a golf cart. MUCH EASIER! Because this property is in town, everything - restaurants, shopping, etc. was accessible by cart. Check-in & out went flawlessly. All in all, I was VERY pleased with Sea Isle Village, I will definitely stay here again & recommend it to my family & friends.

  This is our 2nd time back at #26. Love this large efficiency condo so comfy with fun beach decor. Had everything we needed and was fully stocked for Thanksgiving getaway. Excellent location on 11th with easy walk to town or path to beach. Best of all, unobstructed expansive gulf view from large deck. Spent alot of time out there or on the beach. Not many downsides, other than property is old but well maintained. Lots of narrow steps up to 2nd floor, so may not work for all. Also not much privacy on deck from neighbors. Overall would highly recommend for a couple or small family, as long as you don’t need fancy but want an awesome view!

  The staff at Port A escapes was friendly, the condo was cute, clean and cozy. Worked well for a long weekend for my husband and I and our two children. The only downside to the complex is that while there’s a sidewalk leading most of the way to the beach, there is no actual boardwalk over the dune. That trek can be quite treacherous with burning hot sand and a wagon full of beach gear. Typically it wouldn’t be an issue, but thanks to the ‘Rona driving on the beach was not permitted at the time of our stay. I’d rent here again!

  Our condo was very clean, warm, cozy and comfortable. The condo description of it's location, layout and amenities was accurate. It was very well-maintained. The manager provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this property to my family and friends. We enjoyed going on a sunset cruise and our time spent at the beach. We had great food and customer service at MacDaddy's, Irie's, Stingray's and the Donut Palace.

  Adorable condo with beachy and homey decor. Perfect size with everything you could need. Very well stocked. Comfy beds. Best of all was the large deck for viewing the Gulf. Doesn’t get much better than this view. You can hear the ocean from the condo. Easy access to the beach where you can walk for miles. Condo was very clean. Service from Port A Escapee’s was great.   We stayed in #26 and the condo was decorated so cute and was extremely clean. The grounds were well kept, the pool was very clean and large, and the kids play set was AMAZING! My only complaint is the beach access is not wood all the way and you have to climb a sand mountain to get to the water. It was difficult for us with a cooler and other beach equipment. We would definitely rent here again!

  the rental experience overall was ok from the time I called to get information and to get all the documents signed the process went by very quickly I kind of got the feeling that I was being rushed but when I arrived the receptionist greeted me well and answered my questions that I didn't get to ask when I first called the rental unit was clean and very well decorated we really enjoyed the view from the patio of the ocean the only problems to unit had were ceiling tiles that had to be replaced
  the toilet will not flush well because of water pressure
  and the shower also had no pressure which was hard to rinse off soap taking a shower

  Overall the experience was very good. Well maintained and conveniently located condo near both beach and town. The kitchen was well equipped for all our cooking needs. The swimming pool on the property was very nice and well maintained. We had a nice view of the gulf from our balcony (although the balconies were divided only by a waist high wooden fence). A few areas that could use improvement: mattresses were poor quality, sheets were stained, the remote for the TV didn't work, window blinds were plastic so they did not block the bright morning sun. With improvements in these area, we would give it a rating of five without a doubt.

  Very cheery, roomy, and comfortable. Yellow, white, and an overall Laura Ashley feel. This is a 2nd floor unit so you can see from the balcony over the dunes and grasses to the sea. We were there for Thanksgiving weekend and it was very peaceful and quiet. I'm glad the two units on either side were vacant because if everyone's out on their balconies you're basically on the same balcony...if privacy is an issue.
  
  Two words of caution: if you're used to a king or queen bed, you'll find the double beds very "cozy". Also, there is a plastic sheath on the mattresses that's there for practical reasons I'm sure, i.e., in case of "liquids", but in spite of the bed pad above it it doesn't breathe at all and can get you kind of sweaty. We wound up taking the comforter off the spare bed and using it as an extra, cotton layer on top of the mattress. However, this was not a show-stopper and don't let it put you off. Just a suggested change for the owners. We'll be back!
