The 1st bedroom has a King size bed, the 2nd bedroom a King bed, the 3rd a Queen bed and the 4th a set of queen size bunkbeds. The kitchen is fully stocked to cook your catch of the day. There are BBQ grills by the community pool and a one car garage for you to use. The complex is right in the middle of Port Aransas and close to everything. This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL! - Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
