This house has it all and the pool is right next door!! All you need to do is come & enjoy this spacious 5 bedroom home in a gated community. Amenities galore! You want it? We have it!!
Beautiful stained concrete floors abound the main level, while warm wood floors cover the second level. Master bedroom with bath on main level and a second master with bath upstairs along with 3 additional bedrooms, and 2 more baths. Great for multiple families!!
When you need a break from the sand and surf, you can play a game of ping pong in the garage. The kids have a great area in the second living room-Bumper pool table, flat screen/DVD, mini-fridge, wet bar, and a dinette. Feel like staying in?? You can lounge on the couches and watch a movie on the 70' smart tv, or play any of the board games. There is also Ladder Golf and Bean Bag Toss. The larger kitchen is well stocked so that you can easily prepare meals for you group and seat up to 14. You can even cook outside with the charcoal grill. Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below:

1) The Friday Life VW26 provides 4 paved parking spaces, 2 in the driveway and 2 in the garage, for 4 medium sized vehicles. If you rent a golf cart there is a small space where the golf cart can fit.

2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port Aransas Escapes Vacation Rentals.

3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of VW 26. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways

4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk

5) Towing will be strictly enforced

  We absolutely loved our stay at the FridayLife! It is clean and spacious. A beautiful and very comfortable home. We loved everything about it...
  The location is is close to restaurants and amenities and has great paths through the neighborhood for a morning walk or run. It is just a 3 min drive to the beach by way of a golf cart! (we timed it) : ) But if you prefer the pool, that is right next door.
  We cooked several meals in, and had everything we needed. One of our favorite meals was fresh shrimp straight off the PollyAnna shrimp boat. It was delicious!
  The owners generously share the use of their beach chairs, pool toys, yard games and more.
  The mattresses were comfortable and we all slept great.
  We found the management staff to be professional, polite and available for anything we may have needed.
  There is much to love about this place and we would definitely recommend booking a stay at The FridayLife!

  Each year our entire family gathers at the beach for a week of togetherness. This was our first time at Friday Life. We were delighted with the whole experience. The home is beautiful and is so obviously loved by the owners - thank you for your care for us in providing everything we could want - even snuggle blankets! The layout of the home was great for our needs. An added blessing was not having to bring our own beach canopy, because it was provided along with beach chairs, etc. We loved the APP that provided us with everything we needed to know about arriving, departing and everything in between. Very professional. WiFi was weak, but we managed ... There was plenty of room to park our cars in and outside the garage and leave room for a rented golf cart. Generally, we don't eat out very much but prefer to cook ourselves at home ... the kitchen was well stocked with pots and dishes, and we loved the long table that seated us all together in one place. Thank you again!

The grandkids enjoyed having their own TV to connect their XBOX in their own bedroom which has 2 sets of bunk beds and their own bathroom. Loved the huge kitchen, living room and dinning area. Also LOVED the huge table which we were able to sit everyone at one time for dinner. Everyone wants to come again to this house! Great open kitchen, living room and dining area that made meals and gatherings enjoyable. Very close to the beach.   The house was spacious, clean and well maintained. It worked well for our group of 10 adults and 3 little ones. Close to the beach and right next door to the pool. Only complaint came from not realizing we would need a baby gate for the stairs.
  The pool is a little small and was almost always full of people but not too much of an issue for us. Loved the home and enjoyed cooking in the big kitchen! Will definitely be booking with Port A Escapes for our next trip.

  Outstanding house, quality furnishings throughout. Kitchen extremely well appointed, best I have ever seen. The owners have done an amazing job of outfitting the house with entertainment! Every room had a tv, had two tennis tables, bumper pool, ladder ball etc. We brought all our own items for beach, chairs, skim boards and shade tent, however it wasn't necessary at this house. They had a garage filled with all great beach toys and seats and we had access to all of it. Hugs to the owners, loved the house and very generous with all the extras that were included. Best rental we have ever stayed at.

It had very clean bedding, towels,bathrooms, etc..& had a spacious kitchen, living room area for our 2 families to hang out together to eat, talk, play board games, watch T.V.,etc...The house provided a full size ping pong table, beach games, beach chairs, and other things, which made our stay even better!!Having the pool right next door was also a huge plus and having the patio on the back side was great to sit out there at night talking. The only thing we didn't like was...there isn't a boardwalk to the beach. We're giving this house 6 stars for our overall stay!!!

  “The Friday Life” was perfect for my large family. The kitchen had a very large selection of pots, skillets, and mixing bowls to prepare the meals for our group.   But the office staff at the property management company was what made my daughters 13th birthday weekend special.
  The property we originally rented online was nothing like the pictures posted on the website and we were very disappointed.
  The office manager worked with us and offered us several other solutions and hit s home run with new house.
  This is the second time we have rented from them and I will recommend they to everyone I know who needs to stay in Port Aransas.

  Our stay at the Sandy Flip Flop was absolutely perfect. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked for the entire stay. Everything was in good working condition.   The staff at Port A Escapes is fabulous as always! Shout out to Brenda! Also, shout out to Andrew who tried to help us. There was no cable to this house at all during this stay and the weather was not great. We had three boys in the house and thought we would lose our mind with not much for them to do. Especially at night. Andrew said to get some DVD's and we would get reimbursed which was a great idea and helped but make sure this unit has cable before you go if that is important to you. Otherwise house was great.

  There were 13 of us this year - 8 adults and 5 children. Accommodations satisfied us just fine. Plenty of room for everyone. I do think it should be explained more fully on the website that the carriage house has an entry from outside, but inside you can only access it through another bedroom. We stayed in another rental in Village Walk last year that also had a "carriage house". There was no outside entry and you didn't have to access it through another room. We simply made the assumption that this floor plan was the same. We were wrong in our assumption. It was a bit of an inconvenience, but we made it work. We all had a great time.

  Had a few maintenance issues with AC and toilet, however these issues were quickly fixed. The location is about 4 minutes away from beach access. Direct TV and dvd players had to be played with because there was only one audio/video input for each device. You need to be manually connected to each device. WiFi was none existent. With all that said, the place had other great amenities. It was clean and in good shape. The management staff was prompt and courteous. It was peaceful and relaxing. Great family place. The Pool was next door. I would recommend staying at this place again.
