  Mi Casa Tu Casa was the perfect vacation home for our family of 11, 6 adults and 5 young children. It was new, very clean, beautifully decorated, and well furnished. Having the pool next to our home was especially convenient and we took advantage of that multiple times each day. The location was convenient to the beach, dining and we had a spectacular view of the July 4th fireworks right fri. our front deck. We will be back!

  We had a fabulous time. I've been coming to the sandcastle festival for the last 3yrs or so. This year was the first time my family was able to join and they loved it! The the property was new so that was a plus the house we stayed in was awesome rt next to the pool very convenient. Beach access was a short walk away. The only thing we had an issue with was the address to the actual house. My gps wasn't picking it up because the physical address was different from the one on the sign which brings us to the sign issue! It is way to small. Specially driving at night you can't see it. Also the house numbers are 1 to 3 we were house 3 but again it wasn't on the address we just winged it meaning we had the key so we just tried I the house we thought was ours and it worked! Other than that it was a great experience and we will use this properly again! We are actually planning a birthday bash in August any help on property would be greatly appreciated.   There were 3 of us celebrating our birthdays and we couldn't ask for a better place to do this!! Finding it was a little difficult because it is tucked back from the street. I called the Property Mgmt and they stayed on the phone with me until I found it. This house is beautiful and a perfect location next to the pool! We used both levels and we never felt crowded. The beach is just a short drive away and restaurants/bars were easy to get to as well. I also inadvertently left items in a bathroom drawer. I called the Property Mgmt and they were VERY helpful in calling the cleaning staff and the people staying after us to check if they found it and they did!! I was SO happy that it was returned! I would highly recommend this place and Port A Escapes Property Mgmt in finding a perfect place for your vacation!! We plan to use them next year!!

  The property does not have a good view of the gulf, but the beach is easy to get to. The only other minor complaint is no nobs or handles on the kitchen and bathroom draws and cabinets.
  The house is modern, clean, nice floor plan. All new appliances in the kitchen and laundry room. The beds were very comfortable. Even the pull out is comfortable. The downstairs room is complete with a kitchenette which came in handy for our group. We had 12 people that stayed in this house and there was plenty of room.
  The management company was helpful, friendly, and very professional.
