  Great house and very clean. Had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals and beds were super comfy. The pool was small and dirty. We were there 4 days and we skimmed the pool for bugs and leaves every time we went swimming. We never saw anyone clean it. Besides that, we would definitely stay again. Great location to everything.

  we traveled to Port Aransas from New Hampshire to visit our son and meet our new grandson. We had never visited this part of the country. This property is clean, welcoming, comfortable, and has all of the extras you would need to entertain. We actually held Christmas Eve for a group of 11 and had enough cookware, seating and dishware - felt like home. Would recommend this property as well as will most likely visit again

  Originally we wanted boardwalk access but we opted for a golf cart instead and it was the BEST decision EVER! This house is located so close to the beach and the golf cart was a HIT with our guests of ALL ages. The house itself was PERFECT! It is DEF a great house for entertaining all of your guests. We will stay here again NO DOUBT! The ONLY con was parking. You have to share parking with the downstairs but since you are right next to the pool there was parking spots right next to the pool that you can utilize. You will NOT be disappointed with this property!

  This was a great time during spring break. House is close enough to the beach and to all amenities, yet far enough from all of the craziness that can come with spring break. Family really enjoyed their stay. This will one of the first houses I look for the next time we go down there.
