  Your condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the spacious living area and beautiful kitchen. Besides having a power outage for a few hours our last day there we enjoyed it very much!

  Channelview Condos is the ticket for everything we want in Port Aransas. We have stayed at other condos on the beach side but we like to fish and the Channelview fishing pier is a wonderful pier for what we want. As it goes with fishing, sometimes the fishing is better than at other times, but the pier itself has everything you need and is not a public pier. The condos are very nice, especially the ones with a good view of the channel. We don't use the pool much but it is quite nice and it is obvious that others enjoy it very much.

  Only down side was that the shower was a mess. My husband and I have stayed here many times and they shower always makes it feel like such a luxury. There was heavy mold along the bottom of the shower and the shower doors were broken and replaced with a plastic shower liner (ew). Between the shower liner and the dirty shower.. you just wanted to get in and out. Which is not like the rest of this condo. We will still stay bc this is our favorite condo but maybe this could get cleaned up? We've never had that experience with this condo

  the apartment was clean and fully loaded with allthe towels,pots and pans etc.there was a problem with the elevator not working and the pool was not avalible like told would be but it should be fixed shortly they were working on both. We had a good time and met some wonderful people at port a and they were very helpful and answered problems and questions quickly.We have booked for next year.Would like to see them do something about the internet it was slower then dial up and not always avalable

  Hello, we had a great stay with you all. The condos was beautiful and super clean. The fishing was good off the pier. It was great that the pier was sprayed off so it wasn't dirty. The pool was dirty though so the kids didn't swim. Thank you for a great stay.

  The condo itself was extremely comfortable, having all of the amenities you would normally expect of your own home. The real feature that shines is the pier. If you have any interest in pier fishing, this is a very convenient location with great action. It's well lit and comes with a great net for retrieval.

  We stayed at Channel View Condo's for our summertime Anniversary getaway. It was nice to see that it's now being managed by an outside company. Grounds were much better taken care of, and it was easy to check in. The only miscommunication was how to check out. Didn't cause any issues though. As usually too many smokers in Port A, but that's ok because there's plenty of fresh air:). We will definitely be back next year, and can't wait!

  Overall our stay in Port A was good, we had perfect weather and our rental condo was clean. I would recommend Channel view condominiums to others.
  They have a private pier for those who enjoy fishing. The only thing I would say negative is that the kitchen area was dark with not enough lighting.

  Everything from cooking utensils to king size bed and furniture were 1 st class, even though instructions say to run dishwasher before we leave and there was no dishwasher soap, hand washing was no chore. Good thing I brought my own coffee filters.

  Overall, it was a beautiful condo. There were a few things that were disappointing i.e. maintenance was being done on the top floor above us. They were re-doing the metal and wood railing which was extremely noisy and started at 7:30 a.m. even on Sunday. The vent above the microwave hit me in the head when I opened it, it had been previously taped so this was not a new discovery. The ice maker made ice as expected but didn’t come out of the door as the mechanism inside didn’t spin. The shower that had just been remodeled didn’t have grout between the floors and walls... it just made it look dirty.
  The pool was great and clean. The pier was secure and there was a guard at night checking on the crowd and actually ejected a man for language. The unit was very updated and comfortable.

  The property exceeded the description and it even looked better than the pictures. It is very clean and well stocked and very comfortable. The management team is very helpful. Love the private pier. We saw a lot of turtles, dolphins, and saw some people catching trout, and perch. I caught a dogfish. Close to restaurants (we like Virginias) Fisherman's Wharf, and stores. Will definitely come back.
